Ten pounds down!

Post by TLMWA »

Woo hoo! I started in Feb. and after a few false starts and stops have seen a drop of ten pounds!
One of the things I found out about myself is that I can't be trusted with a regular size dinner plate so I have opted to use the smaller salad size instead. I have also been learning what a real "portion" size is. Wow, was I eating way too much.
So, I am doing a happy dance today! :D

Not sure what you meant by not being able to be trusted with a regular size dinner plate, but if a smaller plate leaves you content, mazel tov! And congrats on the side effect of weight loss! Just curious; about what percentage of your weight is that?

This is great! Congratulations!

And hey, it meets the "testimonials" criterion, so I'll post a link to this thread there.
