Greetings all!

Take a sledgehammer and wrap an old sweater around it. This is your "shovelglove." Every week day morning, set a timer for 14 minutes. Use the shovelglove to perform shoveling, butter churning, and wood chopping motions until the timer goes off. Stop. Rest on weekends and holidays. Baffled? Intrigued? Charmed? Discuss here.

Greetings all!

Long time, no see! I hope everyone is doing well! :D

I have been tied up with a lot of "real life" things since hurting my hand last year and have not been online a lot, but I have been sticking with my weight training, bodyweight workouts and of course plenty of shovelglove and sledgehammer swinging!

As I said, I hope everyone is doing well and training is going good for all. Cheers!

Great to see you here again, VanillaGorilla. "Real life" can be such a distraction :-). Hope your hand is ok.

Hello, Reinhard! Good to be back even just a little bit and glad to see Shovelglove is still going strong! :D

The hand is ok except for the occassional ache during bad weather. Other than that, no complaints, though!
