I am a 17 year old female who is hoping to lose weight I am extremely short (4'11 ) and my body is very stubborn to lose weight and I really am tired of dieting. I am hoping to lose this weight once and for all here!!!

I'm tall nut read a lot of posts on this board. I suggest that you see how it goes with vanilla no-s (means NoS without any modifications) and after a few weeks assess whether or not you need to measure in smaller plates than tall people. I believe some people who consider themselves short have done this. See how it goes
