I was at the rehab center today doing my Super Slow workout. Before I actually started working out I stopped at "the lounge" and they had a scle in there. So, I hopped on it and saw that it weighs me 10 pounds heavier than my home scale. Dirty rotten !@#@!
But, I know I am losing size by the way my clothes fit so I am not to concerned about it.

Naughty, naughty scale, but: if the scale at the rehab centre gave my weight as 10 pounds lighter than my home scale, I would gladly crawl there for a regular weigh-in
