Newbie question S days.

Post by Ruff »

It is my birthday on Thursday. I understand this is an S day and I shall eat cake!

The question is.....is this an extra S-day or do I deduct one from the weekend.

Thanks

Ruff.

We call those NWS (Non Weekend S) days or events. They are a legitmate and important part of the plan.

Personally, I call my birthday a NWS Day while the birthdays of my nearest and dearest are NWS Events, meaning I stay on habit most of the day except for when I'm actually celebrating. So yesterday was my oldest son's birthday and I had a pumpkin bar in his honor.

Enjoy your birthday!
