I tried this once before, took off 9 lbs and then promptly forgot about it due to some family ickiness.
So I am back, started about a week and a half ago and am down about 5 lbs. (Which may be some water weight but I am claiming it anyways.) At any rate, if you see a little yellow birdie wandering around the forum it is just me.
