I found I didn't. One of the things I love about No S is that I don't feel so stuffed after dinner any more.

I'm also trying to make myself eat slower, while using No S to make me eat less.

If I don't eat quickly, I do know when I'm comfortably full, but it does take about 10 mins more waiting time, to get that signal from my stomach to my head. If I eat quickly, I can easily eat two times if not even more, than what I should.

just fyi, the parasympathetic nervous system (rest and digest) is much slower than the sympathetic nervous system (fight or flight).
While the nerve impulses in the sympathetic nervous system are lightning fast, traveling at about 200 mph, the impulses that travel from the organs to the brain, through the parasympathetic nervous system, are much slower, going at about 30 mph, and the hypothalamus is usually a little slow in picking up these signals of fullness, so again, the best thing you can do to see if you're full, is just to wait a bit longer for the impulses to catch up to your brain.

I know more so than I used to. I just stop eating after what would have been a normal serving as people who eat normally should not be hungry.

I'm still a work in progress in this area. The one plate rule has REALLY helped me to figure out when I'm actually full. In addition, I love the rule in Michael Pollan's books that talks about eating until you're 70-80% full. By doing a combination of the one plate rule in No S and Michael Pollan's rule, I'm starting to figure out how much to tweak my portions so that I leave meals feeling 70-80% full.
