I've been on the No S Diet for 6 weeks, and today was able to tuck my shirt back into my jeans - something I have not been able to do for 7 years!
When I told a friend about the diet, and how you predicted .5 lb a week weight loss, my friend said, "Well, that's how you put it on." So true! I've been watching my weight creep up with alarm; now it is creeping back down.
