Today is day 2 on the No S diet. Still reading the book. I've done really well so far other than being really hungry between meals today, but I didn't cheat. One thing good is this plan is making me go to bed earlier every night. No more stay up till midnight. I'm in bed by 9. I know if I stay up any later I'll start getting hungry and so I think just this is going to help me lose weight since I won't be eatting late.
You might try checking into some of the other discussion threads, particularly in the Daily Check Ins.....lots of support there, especially from those of us who have that 'night crawler' stuff
