I'm a newbie and can't remember where I posted a message about chocolate. So, here is is again. After a number of days without Sweets I found I couldn't last. So, I allow myself one glass of homemade chocolate milk per day - 1 tbl sugar to 1 tbl cocoa. I tried it with less sugar but it's too bitter for me. I noticed another user makes chocolate milk with 1 tsp. sugar -- better for them. Good luck to you all!
