Looks Like Fun

Take a sledgehammer and wrap an old sweater around it. This is your "shovelglove." Every week day morning, set a timer for 14 minutes. Use the shovelglove to perform shoveling, butter churning, and wood chopping motions until the timer goes off. Stop. Rest on weekends and holidays. Baffled? Intrigued? Charmed? Discuss here.

Looks Like Fun

Hi to all, I am new here. Always looking for new ways to keep fit. I am fifty years old, and just want to keep myself lean and fit. This looks like fun.

I almost always say 'hi' to the new people. Sorry!

Do you have your Shovelglove yet? How are you enjoying the movements so far?

Glad your here. The SG forum isn't as active as the No-S forum, and people tend to take weekends off. :)
