Mike's 444 workout

Here goes:

21 x Driving Fence Posts (right + left)
21 x Shovel (right + left)
21 x Fireman (right + left)
21 x Chop Tree (right + left)
21 x Chop Wood - A variant where I drive fence posts all the way down just below the knee height (right + left)
21 x Hoist Sack (right + left)
21 x Driving Fence Posts (right + left)
21 x Fireman (right + left)
21 x Chop Tree (right + left)
21 x Chop Wood - Original (right + left)
Right about here, the timer hits 13 minutes so I finish off with
12 x No Name (right + left)

That gives you a total of 444 shovelglove moves.

Most stuff here are great for the abs. I end up in a puddle of sweat, nevertheless, it seems to work pretty well for me.
