Take a sledgehammer and wrap an old sweater around it. This is your "shovelglove." Every week day morning, set a timer for 14 minutes. Hoist the sack is my nemisis; for some reason it just makes my elbows sore. So Ive invented a similar, but more joint-friendly move: paint the wall. I'll try to make a video some time, but in essence it's hoist the sack, only you make the move up and down at about 1.5 o'clock. For those into visualization, pretend you're painting the top part of a wall where it meets the ceiling....
