Take a sledgehammer and wrap an old sweater around it. This is your "shovelglove." Every week day morning, set a timer for 14 minutes. Can't you just see someone talking to a personal trainer or such and when asked what their fitness goal is they reply...."I want to be able to strangle a bull with my bare hands"... too funny!
Thanks for the encouragment. I'm going to start tonight, as I'll be skipping a walk to give my body time to recover from yesterday. I have bad feet, knees and hips, so I have to be careful to not overdue it or I'll end up injured and quit.
