Take a sledgehammer and wrap an old sweater around it. This is your "shovelglove." Every week day morning, set a timer for 14 minutes. I stack my wood after Im done chopping it..lol..I bend down pick it up and sweivel left for one and set it donw,,then do it over and swievel the other way. Works the bottom...and the side abs too. just wanted yall to know..
