DAY 3 WAS A SUCCESS!!!

Post by Zaria »

:) OK, day 1 and 2 were really, really tough, but somehow I managed not to sweet, snack or seconds. Day 3 was less difficult.

I'm dreaming of eating chocolate on Saturday....maybe that will get me through day 4 and 5 :P

DAY 8

Post by Zaria »

OOOOfphhh..... I fell off the wagon

FAILURE.

Does this mean I have to start counting my days all over again and doing better before I can join the 21 days club?... or, Can you join the club after 21 days whether you had a perfect 21 days or not????

I was doing so good, too. Rats!

Everyone is unofficially in the 21-day Club, I guess. The tradition is when you get 21 days straight, you go to the 21-day thread and post that you've met that goal. The days are supposed to be consecutive, so, yes, you do have to start over. Some make it on their first try; many take more than one try. In my first year, I made it only twice.

Using Habitcal can be nice because even if you don't make it to 21 days straight, it's easier to see when you have a pretty good ratio. Even if I never make 21 days straight, having 22 or 23 green N days is pretty good, too.

which reminds me...

I'm Back

Post by Zaria »

Today's my birthday and I turned 47. Wow. Never thought this day would come. To celebrate, I thought I would return to the No S way of conquering gluttony. :P There just isn't anything like it out there. It makes sense and thanks to Reinhart (sorry if I spelled it wrong) for sharing his insight and making this website possible.

Day 2 (yesterday) Report:

SUCCESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tomorrow is an "S" day. I hope I don't go crazy and fall off the wagon. It seems so silly that eating should be such a problem. I guess my ancestors had the opposite problem with food....not enough of it (and, lucky for them) not a bounty of sugar either.

My husband asked me this morning if I felt better. YES, I feel so much better. Not eating sugar and not overeating (even for these last 2 days) has given me more energy and a less foggy brain. I'm trying to convince him to join me on this, but he still needs his sugar fix....he's not ready to take the plunge, yet.
