I've been doing the No S diet since June and lurking on the forum, but just joined and set up a habitcal.

I do vanilla No-S, except that my S-time runs from dinnertime Friday to when I go to bed on Saturday, so I can have seconds at Shabbat dinner on Friday night.

I'm female, married (7 years August 31), no kids, Jewish, age 35, and live in Pittsburgh. My username comes from a They Might Be Giants song that I like.

I think I need to look up "They Might Be Giants". Many of my friends over the years have been fans but I've never actually heard their songs.
