week one big success

Post by murphu »

I just want to let you know that I am thrilled to have found this book. I was cruising diet plan books on Amazon and saw all the stars next to it. i read the reviews and then ordered. I feel like it was made for me. I found the website and started immediately. I lost 4 lbs and an 1 1/2" off my waist right away. Let me be up front, I am obese and my body type could be said to resemble an egg with legs. It addresses every reason i failed, too much counting and planning and an exercise routine I couldn't maintain. Many thanks

I had the same reaction when I found the No S book. I read most of it in one day and was ready to start. That was a little over two months ago, and I still feel like this plan was tailor made for me.

I hope you have a similar experience.

Well done murphu! Getting the weight off around your waist is especially noteworthy as waist weight has a strong correlation to disease and illness.
