No Snacks, no sweets, no seconds. Except on Days that start with S. Too simple for you? Simple is why it works. Look here for questions, introductions, support, success stories.
Hello, all! I'm a newcomer to the board, but I've known about No S for years and have attempted it a few times in the past. This time I'm not just tackling the way I eat; I'm going after my whole lifestyle! Exercise, diet, work habits, it's all going to improve!
I know that sounds ambitious and I'm not going cold turkey into an entirely new way of being since I'd probably crash and burn fast. I'm starting with eating (No S, no modifications yet) and exercise (20 minutes of aerobic acitivity a day for now) and will branch out from there slowly. The HabitCal is so fantastic! I love adding those green squares, and it reminds me to do little things I have a difficult time remembering like take my pills.
I just wanted to introduce myself offcially since I'll probably want to join in a few discussions. Hi! I'm Mollie.

"You are what you eat -- so don't be Fast, Easy, Cheap or Fake."

Thanks, everyone! I'm excited to be starting fresh. A big part of why I'm so gung-ho is because this has been a big year for me. I had a daughter and have had some health problems, so have really taken stock of what's going on and what I'm doing to create problems in my life. The common sense of Everyday Systems appeals to me enormously, and really holds the key (IMO) to success in habit-forming.
I'm probably going to start a No S diet blog because writing is pretty therapeutic for me. I'll add a link to my sig when I start it!
