Workout Music

Take a sledgehammer and wrap an old sweater around it. This is your "shovelglove." Every week day morning, set a timer for 14 minutes. Use the shovelglove to perform shoveling, butter churning, and wood chopping motions until the timer goes off. Stop. Rest on weekends and holidays. Baffled? Intrigued? Charmed? Discuss here.

Workout Music

I'm interested in what you other shuggers are listening to. I prefer to listen to a song titled "Enae Volare Mezzo". It's more commonly known for being the entrance music for WAMMA Heavyweight Champion Fedor Emelianenko.
The sun rises in the morning..... and Fedor wins.

No music.

I always SHOVELGLOVE while watching TV, usually reality shows like 'The first 48' or 'Intervention' on A&E ;-)

I listen to BBC Radio 4 sometimes. It's such a quick session though I don't mind doing it in silence with added huffs and puffs.

Do not worry, you have committed no wrong. I have posted redundant threads a couple of times. And in fact the redundancy was welcomed by Reinhard.

It can be enlightening to revive old threads though.

maybe one day I will get to see Fedor fight. Sadly, in the US it is rare for fighters from different MMA promotion companies to fight each other. The UFC seems content with its near monopoly of the US market.
