I discovered the 85% Dark Chocolate after reading someone's post about it here last summer. I figured it would be difficult to find but lo and behold, found it in Wal-Mart!
The only real tweak/mod I've done from Vanilla No-S (that's what we call doing the diet absolutely exactly by the book-or by the 14 word sentence!) is that I take a bar of the Lindt Dark Chocolate, break it into the ten little squares it comes in and put it into a snack sized zip bag then occasionally--just when I just feel like I need to "finalize" a meal, I'll take one of those squares and break off a little piece and enjoy it slowly--like a lozenge. It's so strong and the flavor really stays with you. (I'm talking about N days-not S days-that's why I just have a tiny bit for my mod)
Maybe I'll try the White Chocolate too.
