I read a bunch of food-related blogs. Found some interesting articles this morning:

How To Simplify Eating
I really don’t think it’s all that difficult to figure out what to eat, however. It’s as simple as “Eat Real Foodâ€. So what do I mean by Real Food? Simple…I mean foods that are in, or very near to, their natural state. Here’s a short list of guidelines to lead us to real foods:
Food grows and dies. It isn’t created.
Food rots, wilts, and becomes generally unappetizing, typically rather quickly.
Food doesn’t need an ingredient label (and probably isn’t in a package either).

Obviously, you would not want a bunch of those car-bomb cupcakes sitting around your house, but I made the warm butternut squash and chickpea salad for my brownbag lunches, and baked the light wheat bread. OMG, they're both so good! There are a lot of just good, scratch-cooking recipes for tasty meals with lots of fresh vegetables and real food, plus the photography is pretty.
I also love Mark Bittman's blog, but I'm pretty sure you already know abou that one!

It's a cold, snowy day here in New England, and I have just spent a delightful hour browsing the CHG blog. It's terrific -- many great-souding recipes and some pretty snappy articles as well. Thanks so much for making mention of this, Eileen. It's definitely going into my bookmarks!
I really like the way Ree writes, and all of her recipes sound good, but I've had the most failures with hers, though from the many comments I'm the only one who has had numerous failures with her recipes!
