Take a sledgehammer and wrap an old sweater around it. This is your "shovelglove." Every week day morning, set a timer for 14 minutes. Sorry for the delayed response -- I think you meant to post this in the no-s forum. There's significant overlap, of course, but the cognitive dissonance of being in shovelglove mode made me fail to process this in a timely manner.
