No Snacks, no sweets, no seconds. Except on Days that start with S. Too simple for you? Simple is why it works. Look here for questions, introductions, support, success stories.
Do you mark NWS days the same as "S" days on your calendars? How do you keep track of whether you have used your 2 for the month (do you just fill them in ahead or just look for the yellow not on your normal S days to know)?
Just curious how people mark it!

I just throw in my yellows when I use them. I went on vacation & used 4 in a row....whatever works for you is the way to go.
BTW, I'm a homeschooling mom too! I have a high school senior down to a pre-schooler...and a couple more in the middle...quite and adventure, isn't it?

Yes, quite the adventure! My kids are 11 & 9, so not quite the range you have. But we love learning together!

I mark my NWS days yellow. I don't usually mark them until I use them, although at the beginning of the month I pretty much know when they will be. For me, eating impulsively is part of my problem, so for me, it helps to plan my NWS days - it also gives me something to look forward to. Since I use habitcal it is easy to keep track of how many I have, since i have started I average two a month, that being said some months I have had none, one, two, up to four.
