Take a sledgehammer and wrap an old sweater around it. This is your "shovelglove." Every week day morning, set a timer for 14 minutes. Found a great 12 pounder at the local hardware store for $20. Man what a steal! It was funny they had some 10 pounders for $25-$28 and some other 12 pounders for $28-$32... Then there was that one for $20!
