Yes, I'm on the T-Tapp forums. Unfortunately, I spend more time on the forums than actually tapping. It is my plan to start the BWO+ 4 week challenge tomorrow. I let all the details of T-Tapp (form, all the various worklouts, etc) intimidate me & I keep putting off committing wholehog to it. I believe T-Tapp & No-S are perfect companions.

Me too! All my clothes are fitting nice now. Next step is for them to be a bit loose!

Jeans are a way better gage than that damn scale.

I have the T-Tapp videos, they are such wonderful dust collectors!! :lol:
