Lilly -- Cooking for 2

Post by wosnes »

Lilly, in another post you mentioned that you like Cooking for 2 magazine. I do, too. I also have a few cookbooks geared towards cooking for 1 or 2.

The Cook's Illustrated web site has a recipe collection for cooking for 2. I love Cook's Illustrated and this is a bonus for me. You have to be a member of their website to get the recipes, but I think there is so much other valuable information there that it's worth it.

there's also a computer program that will automatically reformlate recipes for a smaller number of servings. I don't know names of any offhand but they're readily available online.
