Hi everyone, I am very new at this, the system just makes sense, I know I eat most of my calories in the form of snacks and sweets and seconds, I am on day 4 and I love the program. today is my birthday so it is an "S" day but so far I have not verred off plan too much. I have about 60 lbs to lose, hope there are others like me out there. Early 40's and in the Toronto area.
