So I have a question...When you say no snacks on the no S days does that mean that with the three meals you are not allowed to have chips or etc..or snack kinds of food with the three meals?
No, it means that you don't snack between meals. While chips may not be the healthiest thing, if they're with the meal, they're ok.

I guess you can tell I really like posting my comments by now. I heard on the radio that if people keep a diary that they are people in the world that are a lot less stressed. Writing and posting is a great way to relieve stress from job etc....It is a better alternative than a candy bar
