Yearly check in

(New!) Read (or post) about people who have stuck with No-S for 10 or more months, lost 10 or more pounds, or 10 or more percent for their starting weight. Periodic updates strongly encouraged -- you can think of it as "Yearly Check In."

Yearly check in

Post by ladybird30 »

Happy New Year Everyone.

I dropped out from regular posting last year, and I will admit it has made it a bit harder to keep up my NoS practice. However, in spite of a few ups and downs, my first weigh-in for the year was one lb down from my first weigh-in for last year. I will call it a year of maintenance at about 130 lbs, and am happy to do so.

My average step count for the year was a little over 10,000 steps per day. Still walking regularly with my walking group.

Yay for moderate eating.

Congratulations ladybird! Maintaining over the course of an entire year is still a tremendous achievement—and is neither the norm nor something that happens by accident. Happy 2025! WINhappy

Looking forward to this year’s update. I wonder if you’ll put it here or just make a new thread? I haven’t checked the board in a while, but it came up as a bookmark. I think last year was the 10 year anniversary of the board.
