One month in…
I gave myself an ultimatum to give this thing a month to see if it would help. One month later I’m down 7.5 lbs! More importantly I feel more in control around food than I have in probably my entire life. No weird food rules, no macros, just 3 reasonable plates of food a day. 10/10, will continue this for the long run!!

Hope month two went well. If not, no worries. I’ve never heard of anyone here who went from zero to sixty and then cruised there.
