Take a sledgehammer and wrap an old sweater around it. This is your "shovelglove." Every week day morning, set a timer for 14 minutes. Wow, a whole month gone by...and I have to say, I am not as aggressive with it this week. That's only because I had a rough week last week what with having low energy for THAT ONE WEEK out of the month and so this week I actually was doing a lot of lifting and walking at work and my knee was worn out last night. So today I did a quick rep of 10 for everything, and figured that will have to tide me over until tomorrow. By the way, I've already noticed my butt is getting smaller!!!!!!!!!! That's quite an accomplishment!
