Take a sledgehammer and wrap an old sweater around it. This is your "shovelglove." Every week day morning, set a timer for 14 minutes. Use the shovelglove to perform shoveling, butter churning, and wood chopping motions until the timer goes off. Stop. Rest on weekends and holidays. Baffled? Intrigued? Charmed? Discuss here.
Great!!!
It's been two days in a row that I have been dead tired when I woke up (I had plenty of sleep.) I started shuggin anyway and within 30 seconds I woke up and felt pretty good. Yesterday I banged out 40 pushups after shugging and today I did 25 dumbell swings after shugging. I felt like crap when I woke up and just did the shugging "because I have to" and ended up feeling great and ready to face the day.

It is one heck of a workout and quite addictive, isn't it?
I did supersets of pullups and dips earlier today. It was one heck of a workout, but I really felt the need to swing the ol' sledge later on, so I had at it and felt great and was happy I did.
It's weird, isn't it? Many is the morning that I've barely been able to get out of bed (not a "morning person"), but 5 reps into my routine I'm wide awake and ready to go. Hooray for endorphins! :lol
1 Picture = 1,000 words
0:01s Video = 30 pictures
therefore, 0:01s Video = 30,000 words

I can totally relate to THAT.
I HATE MORNINGS. I just flat out hate them. I don't sleep well until about 5 or so, the hour or 2 I get after that is critical for me to be a person that day.
