Additionally, no scale until sometime in early July. I last weighed June 6th after not weighing since the end of April.
6/15 - referenced on my check on page.
6/22 - took and ate two sweet samples at the bread store
6/25-27 trip to Chicago
weighed in on 6/29- up two. could be worse for sure.
6/28-29- just could not get back on track
