Hello, I'm a senior engaged in the inevitable fight against gravity and expansion! I came upon this program by accident at just the right time, and I feel it's exactly what I need to get me going in a new direction.
My first day was monday and now, at the end of my third successful day I already feel tighter! I went out this afternoon to buy a bathroom scale - for reinforcement and reward - but I think my tape measure is going to be my beacon.
