No Snacks, no sweets, no seconds. Except on Days that start with S. Too simple for you? Simple is why it works. Look here for questions, introductions, support, success stories.
I started NoS a few years ago as a way to recover from a decade long eating disorder and in the process (along with getting really into long-distance cycling) I lost 10lbs taking me to 134lbs on my 5'6'' frame.
Last year I got pregnant and stopped following NoS as I could only eat a small amount at a time. I gained 40lbs and gave birth on August 12th. I now have 20lbs to lose and I am excited to get back to NoS and hopefully lose the weight in a sensible manner.
Welcome home. Not sure where you'll get without the cycling, but it's a sane way to live, yes? And a good habit to have in place when children are old enough to notice.

Thank you @oolala53 and @Whosonfirst. I also plan to go back to cycling and weightlifting now that I am 8 weeks postpartum. Probably won't get as much cycling in as I did but hopefully lots of stroller walks with help.
Welcome back, hope it goes well for you. Congratulations on your baby!
