How do I change my user name?

I went into my Profile, but the user name seems to be fixed, not in a bar that I can type in. How do you do this?

Hi Jan,

It used to be impossible (except by sending me an email), but I just enabled it in the bulletin board preferences. I think you can just change it in your profile now. Let me know if not.

It was recommended to me at some point to disable this option for security reasons, but I'm just going to leave it on until an actual problem of some kind occurs.
