Take a sledgehammer and wrap an old sweater around it. This is your "shovelglove." Every week day morning, set a timer for 14 minutes. Use the shovelglove to perform shoveling, butter churning, and wood chopping motions until the timer goes off. Stop. Rest on weekends and holidays. Baffled? Intrigued? Charmed? Discuss here.
Obvious jokes aside, I've run into a bit of a problem: my right arm is noticeably bigger than my left.
I've been shugging for about 2 months now so I'm still a beginner, but I've tried to pay special attention to making my movements even on both sides. Has this happened to anyone else? Are there any movements you'd suggest to help fix this?
I don't care too much to gain muscle doing this, but it just feels odd having this disparity. Thanks!
