I've doing this for 4 weeks now and...

I'm having a NORMAL relationship with food for the first time in ages.
We are almost friends now...

Hello Eskh,

Welcome to the boards! And congratulations on this wonderful development in your relationship with food! It's an amazing thing to not be afraid of food anymore, to look forward to it and savour it because it's serving you as it should. At least, that's what I am finding.

I hope you continue to post, and share with us. There is a lot of good support here.
It's time to make it beautiful.

Welcome, Eskh. Glad to hear it!

I'm still surprised at how a little bit of disciplined moderation can turn problems into pleasures.

I hope the next few weeks, months, years go just as well. Drop us a line now and then.

Welcome and well done - isn't great when this happens and you stop obsessing about food all the time.
