2 Sunday exempt - still ate way more than I wanted 3 Monday - Success!! 4 Tuesday - Success again! Love a new month. 2 down and 22 to go. 5 Wednesday not a good day. Oh well... 6 Thursday Success!!
7 Friday - First Friday in ages where I haven't overeaten 8 Saturday exempt
9 Sunday exempt 10 Monday - Success. Trying for 21 consecutive days. Three down and 18 to go. 11 Tuesday - Success. 17 days to go to make 21 consecutive days. 12 Wednesday - Day 5 -Success
13 Thursday - Day 6 -Success
14 Friday - Day 7 -Success The threat of having to retype all this info is what motivates me. 15 Saturday exempt
16 Sunday exempt 17 Monday - day 8. Not really a success, but threat of retyping all this stopped me from eating way too much. Need to lay out more for dinner and use a bigger plate. 18 Tuesday - day 9. Starting over tomorrow. 19 Wednesday - day 1 - started again! Goal is to make it to Dec. 18 to have 21 consecutive days under my belt. 20 Thursday - Day 2 21 Friday - Day 3 22 Saturday exempt Gained 3 lbs. Too much high calorie food - especially hummus.

I'm in for the challenge! Will be a good way for me to get back to NoS I am implementing an exercise mod though to allow myself a banana for energy if I need it before a run, and a protein bar after a gym session.
