hey all!
i am starting no s officially today (although i already had a little weird stuff i'll post on my 21 day thread) and i tried it out a little last week and found that it gave me the most enjoyment from my food compared to my normal eating (with unlimited snacks and sweets). so i'm going to stick with it :D YAY! i am very excited.

Welcome, Sarah.

I should make a table comparing no-s to other diets, with categories like "fast results," "enjoyable," "maintainable." It's not necessarily so hot on the first, but it's unbeatable on the latter two.

Hope you continue to agree,

Reinhard
