Just wanted to come on, as I don't feel the need to log on each day so much to report on progress.
It has been four months in total on No S with lots of red days! However I am over the moon to say that on weighing in yesterday morning, I have lost a stone exactly. So happy!
September 2017 - Starting weight: 19st 9lbs
March 2018 - 17st 2lbs
July 2018 - 16st 4lbs
July 2020 - 17st 10lbs
Target Weight: 11 stones
