I know a lot of people say it,s easier to eat better at work when they,re more busy etc,but for me it,s easier to eat less and better when i,m on a rare day off,more relaxed less stress.It,s funny how we,re all different.
I wish lol,i seem to work more than ever now,i,ll have have to find other ways to curb bad eating habits at work,maybe deep breathing or physical violence.Only joking.
