Just joined up and started Shovelglove as well as the No S diet. I must say things are going well so far. I've made a slight allowance for my break at work. I'm hypoglycemic and so I allow myself a healthy Kashi granola bar to keep me going and well in times of need between meals. This is usually only when I am working extra hard and burning my dinner off quickly.
Welcome, Battlefish. Not that you need my uncredentialed ok on this, but your extra allowance is totally legit No-s wise. And you're not the only hypoglycemic here.
