Niagara Falls partially frozen!

There are some cool pictures on the web right now about Niagara Falls being partially frozen. That is awesome! And now I have to tie this in to NoS...... hmm, if you LIVE in Niagara Falls (or even Buffalo) should this count as an S Day? :wink:
