All I can say is wow! Really...there is so much more to this than what I thought when I first read the "rules". I find it very interesting and encouraging!

I'm so happy you like them. I actually have a rough script ready for a new episode at long last (update on personal punch cards/chain of self-command). I would have recorded it earlier this week, but still have a lingering cold and sound a little darth vaderish.

Yes, they're excellent, it's really a pity that they're so few & far between. Wish there were more!

I really like the podcasts too. When I first read about the No S Diet I was thinking is this guy really serious. Then when I started listening to the podcasts I realized how serious he was and it made more sense to me.

LOVE this podcast. I definintely plan to implement this. I already handle my to-do list on paper, but this adds a level of refinement that I think will be very helpful.
