(New!) Read (or post) about people who have stuck with No-S for 10 or more months, lost 10 or more pounds, or 10 or more percent for their starting weight. Periodic updates strongly encouraged -- you can think of it as "Yearly Check In."
Two photos of me (with Nicest Husband and Nicest Baby- I think you can guess which one is me). The one on the right was taken in September when Nicest Baby was about a month old. I was on hiatus from No S (for about a month before and two months after she was born, so that my milk supply would not be affected). The other one was taken earlier this month. Nicest Baby is 10 months old in that photo. I have been doing vanilla No S for most of the time between those two photos.
It's an honest before-and-during photo, well sort of. I do have different glasses and a different hairstyle in the two photos, but there is no difference in makeup (none in either case) or clothing style, as you see in so many before-and-after photos. But the first photo is a during photo too- I had been doing No S for a while then, too, and had managed to hold my weight steady during my pregnancy (with the approval of my OBs).
Results are not necessarily typical- you won't necessarily get as cute or sweet a baby as Nicest Baby if you do No S
Thank you for sharing your beautiful family photos. Your princess is gorgeous!
Congrats on the No S Success!!!
Hugs from Sunny South Africa Vanilla No S with no Sugar due to Health issues - 11 yrs No S - September 2016 (some good, some bad (my own doing) but always the right thing for me!)
The last time I weighed was in March, but at that point I was down 50 lbs from my pre-pregnancy weight. I have been nursing Nicest Baby since she was born, which does help with weight loss.
