I'm surprised it didn't say something about distinguishing between plain hunger and just an urge to eat. I'm very aware of the difference now and I can still feel the urges at times when I would be surprised to feel real hunger, such as a couple of hours after lunch, when the students leave school and I'd be so much more aware of the stress, so I think it's situational. Besides, I'm not going to give up my one serving (or two, if I'm having beans) of starch even to get rid of those little urges.
