The video is a generous contribution that will help those first exploring Shovelglove get started. That said, trainees should consider it a launching pad for adding their own creativity to the movements. In case anyone else has this problem, you may wish to try what I came across. Soak the head of the sledgehammer in a bucket of water. (I did it overnight.) The handle tightened right up.
(I came across a web site where someone said that when the water dries the handle loosens again. I don't know if ...

Please consider wrapping it any way that gets the job done, i.e. covering the "business end" of the hammer to prevent/reduce severity of potential injury/property damage. (Shugging done correctly is totally safe to inanimate objects and all living creatures :D ) Be creative. Make it your own.

How do you know when you are "too into" SG ? : - )
I cut open a tennis ball, the way folks do to place over the "foot" of a walker, and placed it over the handle end of my SG. For a slight "grip-variety" on certain movements.
Enjoy !
