I enjoyed it, too.

I made the shrimp last night. They were so good. That's my second "shrimp and broccoli" meal. Great combination.

Tonight was a sandwich -- kind of an Italian sub

Does cowboy pizza have BBQ sauce on it? I was going to roast veggies and chickpeas and make a salad out of it but was starving after frolicking in the snow with the kids I ate a big bowl of Mac and cheese ( the kind from a box with orange powder) and a mandarin, and hot chocolate. I am not counting the hot chocolate as a sweet.

I'm not very hungry tonight. Maybe I'll have a smoothie. Or leftover sweet potato and bacon soup.

Yesterday was National Fettucine Alfredo Day (who knew, right?). So, I think today I'm going to have Fettucine Alfredo and a salad.

Dinner tonight will be pancakes with bacon.

I think lunch is going to be broccoli and cheese soup with fresh bread and whatever fruit I find in the kitchen.

Pancetta, onions, basil and parsley chopped into tiny pieces fried in olive oil and stewed for ages in very little home made broth until everything gets really viscid (?). Mixed in a bowl with Grana Padano and fettuccine. Together with a green salad. Yum.
